this is definatly old news, but if you've never seen it, you need to see this documentary. it explains skate culture's beginning, how it was brought to the present, and where it may be headed, due to some punk-ass kids in venice in the seventies. you can't help but feel this certain sense of (bro )stalgia, even though most of us probably weren't even alive at the time. it's a very cool look into the past of today's youth culture.
